Miley is part of the park after the park closed Sunday, 5 October (closes earlier than 5pm. DCA Day runs up to 11 clock). Guests without tickets to the event for Miley will not be allowed to stay in Disneyland.
You should also know that the weekend is the annual Gay Day at Disneyland (sponsored by an external independent group, such as bats Ravers day or days or any other group to buy the ticket, who does not complain to Disney).
